Chef's Table - Argentine Wine Dinner

We will be having Wine pairings for this dinner. This dinner will be served family style, not plated.

6:00pm - Doors Open and Cash Bar Available
6:00-6:45pm - Photo Booth and Live Music
6:45pm - Dinner Will Begin
9:00pm - Dinner concludes but guests can stay and enjoy the space with a cocktail!
Please indicate in seating preference if you are wanting to sit with another group that purchased tickets separately or any seating preferences.
1st Course: Hors d'oeuvres
Argentinean Cheeses and Empanadas
Wine: White – La Yunta - Torrontes
2nd Course: "Asado" Family style grilled meats, sides and sauces
Meats - Grilled Wagyu Flank Steak, Smoked Chorizo, Smoked Brisket, BBQ Ribs
Sides - Chimichurri Rice, Grilled Potatoes, Eggplant Escabeche, Chipa (Argentinean Cheese Bread)
Sauces - Chimichurri, Salsa Criolla
Wine: Saurus - Malbec and Domaine Bousquet - Cab
3rd Course: Chocotorta
