Course 1: Galette of Smoked Mango Compote, House-Made Farm Cheese and Cured Duck Breast

Course 2: Sweet Chili Smoked Shrimp, w/ Crispy Yuca Planks, Pickled Watermelon Radish, Smoked Fresno Aioli and Cilantro Avocado Oil

Course 3: Ribeye Crudo w/ Eggplant and Rice Terrine, Beef and Lemongrass Jus and Basil Chili Coconut Chutney

Course 4: Coconut Cream Pie 

        Cocktail Pairing: Samoas in a Glass with Cut & Dry Coconut
