We will be having  Tequila pairings for this dinner. 

Tickets on sale till 7/19 or till we sell out

6:00pm - Doors Open 

6:00-6:45pm - Cash Bar and Live Music 

6:45pm - Dinner Will Begin

9:00pm - Dinner concludes but guests can stay and enjoy the space with a cocktail!

Please indicate in seating preference if you are wanting to sit with another group that purchased tickets separately 

or any seating preferences.

• Starter - Jicama Salad w/ Cucumber, Radish, Red Pepper, Mango & Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette paired w/ Lagrimas Del Valle La Loma Reposado

• 1st Course - Ancho-Charred Octopus w/ Salsa Verde & Corn-Red Pepper Relish
  • Pairing - Hot Honey Watermelon Margarita - ArteNOM Selection De 1123 Blanco Historico Tequila

• 2nd Course - Oysters w/ Citrus Fruit Caviar - Served Family Style
  • Pairing - neat pour of Balam Raicilla

• 3rd Course - Beef Birria Enchilada w/ Black Bean Puree, Oaxacan Crumbles & Pineapple Slaw
  • Pairing - Sotol Matador - Baal Pechuga Mezcal

• 4th Course - Salted Caramel Semifreddo & Dark Chocolate
  • Pairing - neat pour of Don Abraham Anejo Tequila
